APPLICATION FOR A MARINE SEA
DISPOSAL LICENCE AND (MARINE
DREDGE LICENCE) UNDER PART 4 OF
THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT
2009.

A Marine Licence application has been
made by NI Water Ltd to extend the
Discharge pipe at Dunseverick WwTW
along with associated concrete surround
at 299430, 444434.
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA,
is the Marine Licensing authority for
Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit
of materials from the high water mean
spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
