We the parents of Miss Eniola Sophia IJADUOLA, declare that her full names are Eniola Sophia Ewaoluwa Adunni IJADUOLA, given to her at birth and officially recorded on her British Birth certificate.
That the names Eniola Sophia Ewaoluwa Adunni IJADUOLA are the only true, correct and lawful names given to her at birth, and no other names were assigned for her at the time of her birth.
We hereby make this newspaper publication to affirm the accuracy and consistency of her registered names as they appear on her British Birth certificate.
