What is happening?

Disposal of Land
Held As Public Open Space
Land at Central Boulevard, Aylesham

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 of Dover District Council’s intention to dispose by way of a lease of land known as Land Adjacent Central Boulevard, Aylesham held as Public Open Space forming a part of and known as Central Boulevard, Aylesham.

The intention is to install and maintain a Heritage Sign for the duration of the lease.

A plan indicating the area of the land referred to may be inspected at the Council Offices, White Cliffs Business Park, Whitfield, Dover CT16 3PJ during the Council’s normal office hours.

Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing and addressed to Property Services at the address given below or send to propertyservices@dover.gov.uk and must be Received by the
11th September 2025.
