Sally Joanne Edwards and Catherine Louise Dawson, of 4 Bywater Drive, Banbury, OX16 9FF, have made a claim to the High Court of Justice, Family Division, for a declaration that Michael John Oliver (born 9th March 1943), who was last seen on 9th October 2024 and is missing, is presumed to be dead.
Any person having an interest in the matter must send written notice of that interest to the claimants at the above address within 21 days of the publication of this notice.
