Mill Street - Temporary Closure to Facilitate Repairs to Manhole Covers in the Carriageway
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1102 MILL STREET, MILDENHALL
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1102 Mill Street, Mildenhall from no. 2 for 70 meters southbound to facilitate repairs to manhole covers in the carriageway. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1102, the A1101, the All, Turnpike Road, the B1085, the B1102 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 7pm on 04/08/2025 until 6am on 05/08/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
