(Footpath PR1814) Modification Order 2025


The above Order made on 15th July 2025, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a footpath PR1814 at Fold Farm Presteigne commencing at Broad Street (county road C1089) at OS Grid Reference SO31626456 and continuing along the access track past Fold Farm and Fold Farm Cottage to a field gate at OS Grid
Reference SO31746448. Continues through the field gate and along the track to join footpath PR1807 at OS Grid Reference SO31786445. A total distance of approximately 190 metres as shown on the Order map.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to rights. of.way@powys.gov.uk or Sian Barnes, Countryside Access & Recreation, Powys County Council, County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5LG not later than 12th September 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part thereof, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Powys County Council instead of submitting the Order to the Welsh Ministers may, itself, confirm the Order.
If the Order is submitted to the Welsh Ministers, in whole or in part, any representations and objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
