APPLICATION FOR A MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
A Marine Licence application has been made by Fiona Mitchell to repair coastal defence in the location of
Rhanbuoy Park.
Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine
Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
