Proposed development at Upper Cowden Farm, Dennis Lane, Five Ashes TN20 6HN. I give notice that Ms Tamsin Bilal c/o Lewis and Co Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission to conversion of existing agricultural unit to residential dwelling. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, or visit our website https:\planning.wealden.gov.uk.
