What is happening?
CITY OF BIRMINGHAM
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) LAND KNOWN AS LAND ADJACENT TO 60 TRESCOTT ROAD, NORTHFIELD B31 5QA IN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
THE said land is shown edged red on the plan which may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the offices of the undersigned at The Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham, B1 1BB.
THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/OO/237295) not later than the 14 August 2025.
THE SCHEDULE
ALL THAT pieces of land containing an area of approximately 3003 square metres (0.74AC) adjacent to 60 Trescott Road, Northfield B31 5QA in the City of Birmingham which said piece of land is public open space.
