DERBYSHIRE DALES DISTRICT COUNCIL
PUBLIC CONSULTATION
On proposed Public Space Protection Orders in various locations across the District
Derbyshire Dales District Council is consulting on its Public Space Protection Orders (under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014) which will affect various public parks and open spaces throughout the Derbyshire Dales District.
The proposed Orders may include:
• Prohibit open fires and BBQs (consultation commences 7th July)
• Prohibit dog fouling (consultation commences 21st July)
• Impose restrictions on the walking or exercise of dogs (consultation commences 21st July)
• Prohibit the consumption of alcohol (consultation commences 21st July)
• Prohibit parking & driving (consultation commences 21st July)
The District Council is seeking the views of organisations and individuals.
