Part III Schedule 4 Para. 2
ASHFORD BOROUGH COUNCIL hereby give notice pursuant to Part III and Paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 that on 17 July 2025 it has passed the following resolution: -
That all ‘streets’, or parts of ‘streets’, in the borough of Ashford be designated as consent streets, in accordance with Schedule 4, Paragraph 2 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 - effective from 24 August 2025.
