NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND HELD FOR
OPEN SPACES PURPOSES
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 122 & 123
LAND AT CATO STREET, SUNDERLAND

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Sunderland proposes to dispose of a parcel of land at Cato Street, Sunderland presently held by the Council for open space purposes.
The Council proposes to dispose of the land by transfer, for the development of 11 affordable housing bungalows pursuant to planning consent 25/00318/FU4.
A plan showing the land and a brief statement of reasons are available to be examined free of charge by appointment at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. Please email
