What is happening?
A Public Notice for the purposes of section 121 of the Charities Act 2011 Canal & River Trust acting as Trustee of The Waterways Infrastructure Trust (charity registration number 1146792-2) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to: 1. Dispose of two parcels of land adjacent to Boulevard Walk, Walsall in the location shown for identification purposes both outlined red on the plan, and 2. Grant rights for a bridge crossing over the Town Arm of the Walsall Canal in the location shown, for identification purposes, coloured green on the plan.

Alternatively, copies of the plans may be requested in writing.
