What is happening?

The Planning (hazardous substances) Act 1990 & The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Consent Regulations 2015 - Regulation 6 – Notice of application for Hazardous substances consent.


We give notice that ICD Europe Ltd is in the process of applying for hazardous substances consent through Sheffield City Council to acquire agreement to increase the amount of hazardous material stored and dispatched from site at Vantage Park, Coborn Avenue, Sheffield, S9 1DA.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the site reception located at Unit 12 Vantage Park, Coborn Avenue, Sheffield, S9 1DA during opening hours (9:00 – 5:00). This will be available until August 15th 2025.
The Hazardous substances authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether to grant consent and if granted, will decide on what conditions to grant.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Sheffield City Council, Planning dept, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH.
