NOTICE is hereby given that THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to offer at auction a 999-year lease of Nottingham Lodge Shipley Country Park The Field Shipley DE75 7JJ including associated easements over land which is public open space.
A plan showing the area to be leased of can be obtained by emailing Legal Services at
