Notice of Cancellation pursuant to section 5of the Act
Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, this day cancelled registration of Our Green Shop Limited (Register no. 8780) the registered office of which is at 4 Waterloo Terrace, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 4EG at its request.
The society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
