What is happening?
An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a Discharge of Sewage Effluent into an Underground Stratum arising from a Data Centre Building - Lands East and West of Maydown Road, 150m North and North-West of 23 Maydown Road, Derry, Co. Londonderry, BT47 6UJ.
