PROPOSED VARIATION IN FEES
Notice is given that the Borough Council of Pendle, in pursuance of its powers under Sections 53 and 70 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, intend on 29 July 2025 to vary the licence fees for private hire and hackney carriage drivers, vehicles and operators. The proposed fees are as follows:

If any person wishes to make representations to the proposed variation in licence fees, they should do so in writing to the Assistant Director, Planning, Building Control & Regulatory Services, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG to be received no later than 25 July 2025. A copy of this notice is on deposit at Number One Market Street, Nelson and can be inspected Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.30pm.
