Notice is hereby given that St Andrews Harbour Trust (per Fairhurst) has applied to the Scottish Ministers of the Scottish Government, under Part 4 of the Marine (Scotland) Act 2010, in respect of the construction and maintenance of a slipway and sea wall at:

Representations relating to safety of navigation or environmental issues in respect of the application should be made by email to:
