APPLICATION FOR DISCHARGE CONSENT
What is happening?
An application has been made to the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) for consent under the Water (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 to make a discharge of sewage effluent into the Underground Stratum arising from a creche situated at Bumbles on the Hill, 69 Church Road, Belfast, Co. Antrim, BT6 9SA.
