Kensington Road, Belfast BT5 6NG, Stephen Basil Caldwell of 8 Manor Park, Comber, BT23 5FW
and Nicola Karen Parker of 82 Hawthornden Way Belfast BT4 3LA have applied to Land Registry to
be registered as full owner of certain land situate at 5 Eblana Street, Belfast BT7 1LD as shown on
a map which may be inspected at the office of Land Registry at the address shown below.
Any person objecting to compliance with the application should write to the Registrar of Titles,
Lanyon Plaza, 7 Lanyon Place, Belfast BT1 3LP within 28 days of the publication of this notice
stating valid grounds of objection.
The application number must be quoted on all correspondence.
Unless any objection stating sufficient grounds is so lodged, registration may be effected pursuant
to the application.
