LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 127(1), (2A)
LAND AT THE SALTS RECREATION GROUND, RICHMOND ROAD, SEAFORD, BN25 1DR


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 127(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) Seaford Town Council intend to dispose of approximately 203sqm (TWO HUNDRED AND THREE) of land at The Salts Recreation Ground, Richmond Road, Seaford, BN25 1DR. The intention is to dispose of this land by way of lease to the Cricket Club for the cricket nets.
A plan that identifies the location of this land is available for inspection upon request using the contact details supplied below, and on the Town Council website:
