What is happening?

Application under the Environmental Permitting
(England and Wales) Regulations 2016

The company known as William Lee Ltd has applied to North East Derbyshire District Council for a substantial change to the Part A2 permit for casting ferrous metal at a foundry with a production capacity of more than 20 tonnes per day under Chapter 2, Section 2.1, Part A(2)(d) of Schedule 1, Part 2 of the above regulations at:

Any written comments on the application should be made to the Environmental Health Service at North East Derbyshire District Council, 2013 Mill Lane, Chesterfield, S42 6NG or via email to

EnvironmentalHealthAdmin@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk

by 3rd July 2025. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting otherwise. If there is such a request, the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
