PUBLIC NOTICE
The following notice is given for the
closure of Whinfield (Rugby)
Recreation Ground on Saturday 1
November 2025
For the purpose of the Rugby Round
Table annual Fireworks Display Event.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the
powers contained in Section 44 of the
Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1890,
as amended by Section 53 of the Public
Health Act 1961, the Borough Council has
resolved that Whinfield (Rugby) Recreation
Ground will be closed to the general public
on Saturday 1 November 2025 all day
for the purpose of the Rugby Round Table
annual Firework Display Event.
