NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND CONSISTING OR FORMING OPEN SPACE LAND AT OAKENGATES ROAD, TELFORD IN THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (1) and (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) that the Borough of Telford & Wrekin intends to dispose of land at Oakengates Road, Telford.
2. The land referred to in paragraph 1 above totals 674 sqm or thereabouts.

Any representations or objections with respect to the intended disposal must be made in writing to Dawn Toy, Service Delivery Manager, Regeneration & Investment, Prosperity & Investment, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Darby House, Lawn Central,
Telford, TF3 4JA, by no later than 5:00pm on 26 th June 2025.
