COMPULSORY PURCHASE OF LAND AT SERPENTINE COURT
LAKES ESTATE, MILTON KEYNES

Notice is hereby given that Milton Keynes City Council (“the acquiring authority”) has made the Milton Keynes City Council (Lakes Estate) Compulsory Purchase Order 2025 under section 226(1)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).

It is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise Milton Keynes City Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of facilitating the carrying out of development, specifically, the construction and delivery of development at Serpentine Court, Lakes Estate, Milton Keynes.

A copy of the order and of the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at Milton Keynes City Council, Civic, 1 Saxon Gate East, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 3EJ.

Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Planning Casework Unit, 23 Stephenson Street, Birmingham, B2 4BH (Email:

before Thursday 10th July 2025 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.

3) 13 Serpentine Court, Lakes Estate, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 3QP.
4) 81 Serpentine Court, Lakes Estate, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK2 3QP.
