DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY AT 308-312

The Department for Communities invites proposals from interested parties
for the redevelopment of a site at 308-312 Shankill Road, Belfast BT13 2BN.
The site, which is in the ownership of the Department, extends in area to
approximately 159 square metres and occupies a prominent position on the
corner of 308-312 Shankill Road and Lawnbrook Avenue, Belfast.

The Department does not bind itself to accept any proposals submitted.
