I give notice that Clearwater Land and New Homes Limited is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for the demolition of existing farm shop and outbuildings and phased application for the erection of six semi-detached dwellings and one detached self build dwelling with associated landscaping and infrastructure. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
