What is happening?
Mark and Charlotte Duffy publishes Notice of Application for a HMO License for a property at 37 Argyle Street, Derry, BT48 7JJ. The proposed occupancy is for 5 persons. The HMO is within the Derry & Strabane District Council, and the licence application will be submitted to Belfast City Council.
