Shropshire Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make an order temporarily prohibiting the use of parts of Bridleway 1Y and Footpath 1 which run to the
south west of St Marys Magdalene Church within the Battlefield Heritage Park from grid reference SJ 5101 1732 to SJ 5111 1693.
The Order will come into operation on 6 th June 2025 until the 30 th December 2025 or until works are completed whichever is soonest and is required on the grounds of public safety whilst works are undertaken on the boardwalk which runs over the medieval fishponds.
There is an alternative available utilising the existing Rights of Way network.
