LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PLANNING AND LAND ACT 1980
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND CONSISTING OR FORMING OPEN SPACE LAND AT OAKENGATES ROAD, TELFORD IN THE BOROUGH OF TELFORD & WREKIN
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 123 (1) and (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) that the Borough of Telford & Wrekin intends to dispose of land at Oakengates Road, Telford.
2. The land referred to in paragraph 1 above totals 674 sqm or thereabouts.

or by phoning 01952 384333 during normal office hours, Monday to Friday.
Any representations or objections with respect to the intended disposal must be made in writing to Dawn Toy, Service Delivery Manager, Regeneration & Investment,
Prosperity & Investment, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA, by no later than 5:00pm on 19 th June 2025.
Please state in full the grounds upon which any representations or objections are made.
