NOTICE is hereby given that Rossendale Borough Council intends to dispose of land as set out in the schedule below, which forms part of land used as an open space.
Location: 17 Bank Street, Rawtenstall, BB4 6QS Site area m2 (approx.): 101m2
Proposed use :External seating/terrace area for adjacent restaurant (A’Vucciria) Plans showing the location of the site are available for inspection at; The One Stop Shop, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and on the Council’s website.
