What is happening?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Wolverhampton City Council proposes to make the following Order to amend The Wolverhampton City Council (Central Off-Street Parking Place) Order 2022 (“Principal Order”) under Sections 32, 35, 35A and part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the 1984 Act ”) and under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended) and all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act. The effect of the order is as follows:
