DISPOSAL OF LAND HELD FOR OPEN SPACE
LAND ADJOINING PLAY CENTRE,
WILTSHIRE WAY, WEST BROMWICH
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council
is currently considering disposal of the leasehold interest in approximately
94.3 m2 of land adjoining Play Centre, Wiltshire Way, West Bromwich, shown
edged red on Plan Number SAM/53460/007 a copy of which can be obtained
upon request.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed leasehold disposal should
