NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION

PUBLIC PATH AND DEFINTIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDERS

FOOTPATH 142 DIVERSION ORDER 2024 (PARISH OF KETLEY)

On 30 April 2025 the Authority confirmed the above Order, made on 3 October 2024 under Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the effect of this Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement by for the area by diverting the public
footpath from GRSJ 67492 11018 18 metres south of Station Road the route being an undefined path having a width of 1 metre continues south-by-west for a distance of 20 metres to GRSJ 67489 10999 then continues south-west-by-west for a distance of 32 metres to GRSJ 67460 10984 then continues in a general southerly direction for a distance of 55 metres to GRSJ 67460 10906 at the junction with Footpath 141
and adding a footpath from GRSJ 67492 11018 18 metres south of Station Road the route being a surfaced path having a width of 1.5 metres continues south-east-by- south for a distance of 14 metres to GRSJ 67505 10990 then continues south for a distance of 100 metres to GRSJ 67497 10909 at the junction with Footpath 141.

The Orders became operative on 30 April 2025 by the Authority but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to questions its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of Section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and
Countryside Act 1981 have not been complied with, they may within 50 days of the date of publication of this Notice apply to the High Court.
