NOTICE OF MAKING

PUBLIC PATH AND DEFINTIVE MAP AND STATEMENT

MODIFICATION ORDERS

FOOTPATH 28 EXTINGUISHMENT ORDER 2025

(PARISH OF WROCKWARDINE)


The above Order, made on 30 April 2025, under Section 257 of the Town and Countryside Planning Act 1990 and 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, if confirmed as made will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by deleting the footpath from GRSJ 61317 11906 at the junction with the highway
opposite Tiddecross the route being an unsurfaced path having a width of 1 metre continues south-south-east for a distance of 450 metres to GRSJ 61497 11474 at the junction with the highway by Lower Farm.

Any representations about or objections to the Order must be sent in writing to the Director: Policy and Governance, Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Legal Services, Darby House, Lawn Central, Telford, TF3 4JA or via email to

PRW@telford.gov.uk

not later than 11 th July 2025. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have been duly
made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
