What is happening?

AS AMENDED (SECTION 123)
NOTICE is hereby given under section 123 (1) (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Mid Sussex District Council intends to make a disposal of a parcel of open space land of [ approximately 200sqm]by way of the grant of a new lease for 15 years for MSDC land off from North of Leylands Road Burgess Hill title no WSX356047.
It is intended to grant a lease to Cellnex Connectivity Solutions Ltd for the purpose of installing a Telecoms tower.
A plan can be inspected at the council’s office reception desk at Oaklands, Haywards Heath RH16 1SS during normal business hours which shows the approximate extent and locations of these proposed facilities, or is available by email from
or calling 01444 477577. Any person who wishes to object to this proposal should give their reasons in writing to me the undersigned by 12 noon [it is 2 weeks after the expiration of the second advert]1st June 2025 quoting the reference stated below. Any objections received by that date will be considered by the District Council in deciding whether to grant the proposed permissions.
