NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 204(1)(b) of the BVI Business Companies Act, 2004 (as amended) that Lithium Assets Limited is in voluntary liquidation. The voluntary liquidation commenced on 16 April 2025. The Voluntary Liquidator is Colm Edwards of Richmond Advisory (BVI) Limited, 2nd Floor, 60 Main Street, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.
