THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF AN AREA OF OPEN SPACE AT
AT SHAY LANE, WALTON, WAKEFIELD
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wakefield is considering the disposal of an area of land on Shay Lane, Wakefield.
A copy of the plan indicating the land in question, together with further details, may be inspected on the Wakefield Council website at (
https://go.wakefield.gov.uk/POSAdvertShayLane
) and also during opening hours at Wakefield One reception, Wakefield One, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB.
Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objections in writing to the Property Officer (Ref: UPRNS/L/03175/POS May 2025), Real Estate Management, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB to be received no later than Thursday 29th May 2025 and must give full reasons for the objections.
