Public consultation for development of land off Main Road, Hawkwell
Taylor Wimpey is preparing an outline matters planning application for up to 350 new homes on land off Main Road, Hawkwell, with 50% allocated as affordable housing. The new development will also include areas of green space and a new facility for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Our consultation will run from 28th April to 11th May 2025. We will be holding a public information session in the sports hall at Belchamps Scout Activity Centre, Belchamps Holyoak Lane, Hockley SS5 4JD from 3pm to 7pm on 28th April 2025.
You can view the plans online from the start of the consultation period, and you can email us at hawkwell@taylorwimpey-pr.co.uk. If you are unable to attend the exhibition, we would be happy to discuss our proposals with you afterwards.
Please note that the event venue is accessible via a short flight of stairs, and is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.
