ORDER OF PUBLICATION
In this cause, it appearing from the complaint filed, which is sworn to, that the defendant, GRAHAM WRIGHT, is a non-resident of the State of Tennessee or whose whereabouts are unknown so that ordinary process cannot be served upon said defendant, GRAHAM WRIGHT. It is therefore ordered that said defendant file an answer in the Chancery Court of Roane County, at 200 E. Race Street, Suite 12, Kingston, Tennessee 37763 and with plaintiff's Attorney Michael R. Stooksbury, whose address is 804 West Race Street, Kingston, Tennessee 37763 within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication or a judgment by default may be entered and the cause set for a hearing ex parte, as to said defendant, for the relief demanded in the petition.
This notice will be published in the Falkirk Herald, a newspaper published in Falkirk, Scotland, United Kingdom for four (4) consecutive weeks.
