What is happening?
LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) (NETTLEHAM – PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY NO. 143) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Public Right Of Way No. 143 in the Parish of Nettleham, to all traffic.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the Footpath.
The Order will commence on 6 May 2025 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of footpath to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
An alternative route will be signed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to various organised Street parties which will take place throughout May 2025.
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule, for the purpose of public safety and the nearby events which may impact on or near the said roads.
The Order will be operative from 4 May 2025 to 10 May 2025 and apply at all times when traffic signs are displayed.
Diversion routes for affected traffic shall be signposted.

Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Link Footway Scotts Footbridge in the Parish of Lincoln, to all traffic.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the link footway.
The Order will commence on 2 May 2025 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of link footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.
