NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council
is currently considering disposal of the freehold interest in approximately
87.0m² of land fronting 75 Charlemont Road, West Bromwich, shown edged
red on Plan Number SAM/10040/010 a copy of which can be obtained upon
request.
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed freehold disposal should
