(WESTCOURT STREET, GILLINGHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable the gas main to be replaced -
Westcourt Street, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic between the junction with River Street and the junction with High Street. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Dock Road, Wood Street roundabout and Middle Street.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 5 May 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 5 May 2025 and are programmed for completion within four weeks. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(WATLING STREET AND WOODLANDS ROAD, GILLINGHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and associated highway maintenance works to be carried out -
Watling Street and Woodlands Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic (a) in Watling Street from and including the junction with Woodlands Road to the junction with Will Adams Roundabout and (b) in Woodlands Road from the junction with Watling Street for a distance of 100 metres in a northerly direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. Alternative routes will be provided and signed as the works progress.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 28 April 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 28 April 2025 and are programmed for completion within four consecutive nights (with works taking place between 7pm and 7am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(STURDEE AVENUE AND TORONTO AVENUE, GILLINGHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable highway maintenance works to be carried out -
Sturdee Avenue and Toronto Avenue, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic for 75 metres from the crossroads in all directions. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Fourth Avenue and Barnsole Road.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 22 April 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 22 April 2025 and are programmed for completion within one day (with works taking place between 7am and 7pm). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(NEW ROAD AVENUE, CHATHAM)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and associated highway maintenance works to be carried out -
New Road Avenue, Chatham - the southern (westbound) lane of New Road Avenue to be closed to vehicular traffic across the junction with Gibraltar Hill. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be provided and signed via Railway Street.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 5 May 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 5 May 2025 and are programmed for completion within one night (with works taking place between 7pm and 7am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable carriageway resurfacing and associated highway maintenance works to be carried out -
Medway Road, Gillingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic from the centre of the three way junction (with arms leading to Prince Arthur Road, Pier Road and Rosebery Road) for 50 metres in each direction. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. Alternative routes will be provided and signed as the works progress.
This Order will come into force on Tuesday, 15 April 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Tuesday, 15 April 2025 and are programmed for completion within one night (between 7pm and 7am). The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to enable the gas main to be replaced -
Linden Road, Gilingham - to be closed to all vehicular traffic for the entire length. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. An alternative route will be available via Gillingham Road, Barnsole Road, Sturdee Avenue and Toronto Road.
This Order will come into force on Monday, 28 April 2025 and will be valid for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. The works are due to commence on or after Monday, 28 April 2025 and are programmed for completion within two months. The Order will be effective only when the appropriate signs are being displayed.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 2) ORDER 2025
Notice is hereby given that Medway Council intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to impose the following temporary prohibitions or restrictions on traffic to facilitate the construction and removal of structures required for the holding of public community events, or because of the likelihood of danger to the public whilst an event is taking place –
Traffic Management - To facilitate the holding of the VE Day Parade in Rochester, on the date and between the times set out in the corresponding columns (2) and (3), the traffic management provisions detailed in the Schedule identified in the corresponding column (4) will apply. Pedestrian traffic will not be affected. Alternative routes for through traffic will be signed locally. Access to premises will be maintained where possible.
