Disposal of land held for Public Open Space: Land

adjoining - McDonalds Restaurant, Power Station, Rugeley, WS15 1LX

Notice is hereby given that Cannock Chase District Council proposes to engage in a Wayleave agreement of land adjoining McDonalds Restaurant for the purpose of Wayleave. A plan identifying the land concerned is available
for inspection at the Civic Centre offices, Beecroft Road, Cannock by prior appointment. Any person wishing to object to this proposal should do so in writing to:
