Notice is given that Amanda and Robert Clifford are applying to the Secretary of State for Planning Permission for Change of ground floor from Class E to 1no. residential flat, including removal of shopfront, partial demolition of rear extension, and erection of a ground floor rear extension.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application the plans and other documents submitted with it at: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/section-62a-planning-application-s62a20250088-7-redcatch-road-bristol-bs4-2ep at Citizen Service Point, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG during all reasonable hours within the period of 14 days beginning with the date on which this notice was published.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should email/write to the Planning Inspectorate at: section62anonmajor@planninginspectorate.gov.uk or Section 62A Applications Team, Planning Inspectorate, 3rd Floor, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting the application site address and reference number S62A/2025/0088 by 1 May 2025.

All representations made in connection with the development proposal will be made publicly available on the website shortly after the end of the representation period. The name of the individual author or organisation will be published however addresses, signatures and contact details will be kept private in line with data protection requirements.
