NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Details may be inspected between 04/04/2025 and 16/05/2025 online at www.tellmescotland.gov.uk or by arrangement (Tel – 030 33 33 3000). Any person wishing to challenge the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the Statutory powers set out in the Act or relevant regulations, or that any requirement of the Act or relevant regulations has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make an application for that purpose to the Court of Session.
(C113N BURNHEAD-THROUGHGATE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2025
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close C113n at Park House, Burnhead, Auldgirth from 1000 to 1130 on 16/04/2025. The closure is necessary to facilitate septic tank emptying. Alternative route available via C114n, C113n and vice versa. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
