Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at GarmaAdvisory Limited, 5th Floor, Metro Building, 6-9 Donegall Square South, Belfast, BT1 5JA on 17 April 2025 at 10.15am for the purposes mentioned inArticles 85 to 87 of the said Order, to consider the statement of affairs of the company to be laid before the meeting, to appoint a liquidator and, if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Garma Advisory Limited on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
