Outland Road, Plymouth - Intends To Dispose of Land By Way of A Sale
What is happening?
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
NOTICE is hereby given that The Council of the City of Plymouth pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of land by way of a sale at the following location which is currently in parts used as public open space;
Land surrounding Pounds House, 162 Outland Road, Plymouth, PL2 3PX (Ref:IG)
A plan that shows hatched red the area of land to be disposed of can be seen at www.plymouth.gov.uk/aboutcouncil/legalnotices.
Any objections to the proposed disposal must be made in writing, quoting the relevant reference, and addressed to the Head of Land and Property at the address below or sent to landandproperty@plymouth.gov.uk and must be received by 1st day of May 2025.
