Pianoforte Supplies Pension Plan - Notice under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Pianoforte Supplies Pension Plan (the Plan) is in wind-up. The Trustee of the Plan wishes to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Pianoforte Supplies Manufacturing Limited, who thinks they have (or might have) a claim against the Plan or an interest or entitlement to benefit under the Plan. Any such person is asked to provide full written particulars of any such claim, interest or entitlement to the Trustee of the Pianoforte Supplies Pension Plan, c/o First Actuarial LLP, Trafford House, Chester Road, Manchester, M32 0RS (together with their full name, any former names by which they may have been known, address, National Insurance Number, date of birth, dates of employment with Pianoforte Supplies Manufacturing Limited and any relevant papers). Details must be sent within two months of the date of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the two-month period, the Trustee will proceed with winding-up the Plan and distributing its assets having regard only to the claims, interests and entitlements of which they have been notified. The Trustee will not be liable to any person whose claim, interest or entitlement they have not been notified in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Notification is not required from persons who have recently received correspondence relating to the Plan from the Trustee.
